Baby Boomers Retirement and Social Media

More than 50 percent of baby boomers in the workforce say they will have to delay retirement longer than expected.  That’s according to a recent poll conducted by Associated Press-LifeGoesStrong.com.

Meanwhile, self-employed people ages 55 to 64 grew by 93,000 in 2009 and by 213,000 among people 65 and older, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

As a result of this new entrpreneurial spirit, more and more baby boomers must realize they need more than just experience from the workplace in order to be successful:
